This Cookie Policy explains how 237booking.com, operated by Brichdigitals, uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices and understand how it is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
2. Cookies we use
| Type | What they do | Can you turn them off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep you logged in, protect forms against spam and abuse, remember items such as favourites and booking steps, and keep the site secure. | No — the site cannot work properly without them. |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as your selected language (English, French, Spanish or Chinese) and search filters. | Yes |
| Performance & analytics | Count visits and show which pages are popular so we can improve the site. The information is aggregated. | Yes |
| Third-party content | Embedded maps, fonts, videos, translation and social or WhatsApp buttons may set their own cookies when they load. | Yes, through your browser settings |
We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by services we use, such as map providers, font and translation services, analytics tools, and social media or messaging platforms. These providers handle the information under their own privacy policies.
4. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period (for example, a “Remember Me” login cookie lasts up to 14 days) or until you delete them.
5. Managing cookies
- Use the cookie banner, where shown, to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
- Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Each browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera and mobile browsers) has this in its privacy or settings menu.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop login, booking and listing features from working.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
