Please read this before you book or travel. It summarises the key things every 237booking customer should know.

Before you book

Check the listing carefully: location, price, what is included, house rules and the Partner’s cancellation terms.
Prices are in FCFA. Ask the Partner if taxes, deposits or extra-guest fees apply.
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from 237booking or the Partner.

Paying safely

Only pay to the MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money numbers confirmed by 237booking (see our Payment Terms), or directly to the Partner at their premises.
237booking staff will never ask for your Mobile Money PIN, password or secret code. Never share them with anyone.
Keep your transaction ID and send it with your booking reference when confirming payment.
If someone contacts you claiming to be from 237booking and asks you to pay to a different number, do not pay — call us first on (237) 677 314 505 / 672 611 110.

Bring a valid national ID card or passport for each adult; hotels and transport operators in Cameroon may require it.
Have your booking reference or confirmation message ready.
If you will be late, tell the Partner in advance to avoid a no-show.
Inspect your room, hall or vehicle and report any problem to the Partner straight away.

Respect the Partner’s house rules, check-out times and neighbours.
Keep valuables in a safe where available. Partners are responsible for their premises; please report any security concern immediately.
You may be charged for damage you or your guests cause.

Speak to the Partner first so they can fix the problem on the spot.
If it is not resolved, contact 237booking by WhatsApp, phone or email within 7 days with your booking reference, photos and details.
We will review the complaint with the Partner and let you know the outcome.
