This Hotel/Property Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Brichdigitals, operator of 237booking.com (“237booking”, “we”), with its office Opposite Pharmacy Olezoa, Yaoundé, Cameroon, and any hotel, guest house, apartment, venue, restaurant, transport operator or other business (“Partner”, “you”) that lists on 237booking. By submitting a listing or choosing a plan, you accept this Agreement.

1. Purpose

237booking promotes your property or service to customers across Cameroon and abroad, and lets them contact you or request bookings through the platform, WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Eligibility and verification

  • You must be the owner of the business or be authorised to act for it.
  • You agree to provide true business details and, on request, proof such as a business registration, tax number, operating licence or ID of the manager.
  • We review every listing before it goes live and may refuse, suspend or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unsafe or unlawful.

3. Your listing

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your descriptions, photos, prices, availability, amenities, house rules and cancellation terms.
  • Photos must show the real property and must be yours or used with permission.
  • You must update your listing promptly when prices, availability or contact details change.
  • You grant 237booking a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, translate and use your listing content and logo on the platform and in its marketing for as long as you are listed.

4. Handling bookings

  • Respond to booking requests and customer messages promptly — ideally within 24 hours, and the same day for same-day bookings.
  • Honour every booking you confirm at the price and conditions shown at the time of booking.
  • If you cannot honour a confirmed booking, inform the customer and 237booking immediately and help arrange a comparable alternative.
  • Treat all customers fairly and without discrimination.

5. Fees, plans and commission

Listing plans (for example Free, Premium or Business) and their prices are shown on our pricing page. Where commission applies to bookings we bring you (standard rate 5%), it is governed by our Commission Agreement. Payments to 237booking are made by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money as set out in our Payment Terms.

6. Legal and safety obligations

You are solely responsible for holding all licences, permits and insurance required to operate, for complying with health, safety, fire, tourism and tax rules in Cameroon, and for the safety of your premises, vehicles and services.

7. Customer data

Customer details we share with you may be used only to deliver and manage the booking. You must keep them confidential and secure, must not sell them, and must not use them for unrelated marketing without the customer’s consent. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Reviews

Customers may review your business. You must not post fake reviews, offer rewards for positive reviews or pressure customers. You may reply to reviews politely. We may remove reviews that break our rules.

9. Liability and indemnity

237booking provides the platform only and is not a party to the service between you and your customer. You agree to cover 237booking against claims, losses and costs arising from your services, your listing content, or your breach of this Agreement or the law.

10. Suspension and termination

  • Either party may end this Agreement with 14 days’ notice by WhatsApp or email.
  • We may suspend or remove your listing immediately for fraud, repeated customer complaints, unpaid fees, unsafe conditions or serious breach.
  • Bookings confirmed before termination must still be honoured, and fees owed remain payable.
  • Plan fees already paid are not refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement. We will publish the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to list after that date means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Yaoundé will have jurisdiction.
