This Cancellation Policy explains how bookings made through 237booking.com (“237booking”, “we”, “us”) can be cancelled or changed. 237booking is operated by Brichdigitals, Opposite Pharmacy Olezoa, Yaoundé, Cameroon. It applies to hotels and stays, event halls, restaurants, transport, beauty & spa, attractions, property and counselling bookings listed on the platform.
1. The partner’s policy comes first
Each hotel, venue or service provider (“Partner”) sets its own cancellation terms, which are shown on its listing or confirmed to you before you book. Where a Partner’s stated policy differs from this page, the Partner’s policy applies to that booking. Where a Partner has not stated a policy, the default rules below apply.
2. Default cancellation rules

3. How to cancel
- From your account: My Account → My Bookings, then choose the booking and cancel it.
- By WhatsApp or phone to 237booking on (237) 677 314 505 / 672 611 110, quoting your booking reference, name and date.
- By email to info@237booking.com.
If you booked directly with the Partner by WhatsApp or phone, please also inform the Partner directly. A cancellation counts from the time we or the Partner receive it.
4. Changes to a booking
Date, time or guest-number changes depend on availability and the Partner’s approval. A change may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking if the price or availability changes.
5. Cancellations by the Partner or by 237booking
If a Partner cancels a confirmed booking, or cannot honour it on arrival, we will help you find a comparable alternative where possible. Any amount you paid through 237booking for that booking will be refunded in full under our Refund Policy.
We may cancel a booking that appears fraudulent, uses false details, or breaks our Terms & Conditions.
6. Circumstances beyond anyone’s control
Where travel or an event is prevented by circumstances outside the control of you and the Partner (for example official travel restrictions, natural disasters or serious civil unrest), we will work with the Partner to offer a new date or a refund.
