237Booking.com is an online accommodation booking platform that connects customers looking for accommodation with hotels, guesthouses, apartments, lodges, and other accommodation providers (“Properties”).
237Booking.com provides the technology and marketplace through which:
Customers can search for and book available accommodation.
Property owners and hotel managers can list their properties.
Properties can manage room availability, prices, and bookings.
Customers and Properties can receive booking-related information and notifications.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, 237Booking.com is not the owner, operator, or manager of the Properties listed on the Platform.
The accommodation contract is generally between the customer and the Property.
2. Eligibility
To use 237Booking.com, you must:
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and complete information when required.
Use the Platform for lawful purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are making a booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to provide their information and accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account.
You agree to:

Keep your login details confidential.
Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
Immediately notify 237Booking.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
237Booking.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
4. Property Listings
Hotels and other accommodation providers may create listings on 237Booking.com.
Property owners and managers are responsible for ensuring that their listings contain accurate and current information, including:
Property name and location.
Room types.
Room prices.
Availability.
Facilities and amenities.
Photos and descriptions.
Check-in and check-out times.
Cancellation policies.
House rules.
Applicable taxes and fees.
237Booking.com does not guarantee that every property listing, photograph, description, price, facility, or availability displayed on the Platform is completely accurate at all times.
Properties are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings made through the Platform, subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
5. Prices and Fees
Prices displayed on 237Booking.com are generally provided by the respective Property.
The price shown during the booking process may include or exclude certain taxes, service charges, or additional fees. Where applicable, these charges should be displayed before the customer completes the booking.
Properties may establish their own pricing policies, subject to applicable laws and Platform requirements.
237Booking.com reserves the right to charge customers, Properties, or both, applicable service or transaction fees where such fees are clearly disclosed.
6. Making a Booking
When a customer submits a booking request, the Platform may process the request and provide a booking confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when the Platform indicates that the booking has been successfully confirmed or when the Property confirms the booking, depending on the booking method used.
Customers should carefully review their:
Check-in date.
Check-out date.
Number of guests.
Room type.
Price.
Cancellation conditions.
Property rules.
before completing a booking.
A booking confirmation does not necessarily mean that 237Booking.com owns or operates the Property.
7. Booking Confirmation and Property Responsibilities
When a Property receives a confirmed booking through 237Booking.com, the Property is responsible for honoring the booking according to the confirmed reservation details.
The Property should:
Maintain accurate availability.
Avoid accepting reservations for rooms that are unavailable.
Provide the room or accommodation booked by the customer.
Honor the confirmed price, subject to legitimate corrections or disclosed conditions.
Communicate with the customer when necessary.
Update the booking status through the Platform where applicable.
If a Property cannot honor a confirmed booking, it should notify 237Booking.com and the customer as soon as possible.
237Booking.com may assist the customer in finding an alternative accommodation where reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee availability at another Property.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Provide valid contact information.
Pay applicable booking charges.
Follow the Property’s rules.
Respect the Property, its employees, and other guests.
Use rooms and facilities responsibly.
Check in and check out according to the applicable Property policies.
Provide valid identification where required by law or by the Property.
Customers may be responsible for costs arising from damage to Property caused by their actions or the actions of persons under their booking.
9. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation and modification policies may vary between Properties and room types.
Before completing a booking, customers should review the cancellation and modification conditions associated with that booking.
Where a booking is refundable, the amount refunded may depend on:
The Property’s cancellation policy.
The date and time of cancellation.
Any applicable fees.
Payment processing conditions.
Other conditions disclosed during the booking process.
Where a booking is non-refundable, the customer may not be entitled to a refund unless the Property or 237Booking.com expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires it.
10. No-Show
If a customer does not arrive at the Property on the scheduled check-in date without cancelling the booking, the reservation may be treated as a “no-show.”
A no-show may result in:
Loss of the booking.
Partial or full loss of the amount paid.
Cancellation of subsequent nights.
The applicable consequences depend on the Property’s stated booking policy.
11. Payments
237Booking.com may support one or more payment methods, including payment through approved online payment providers or other payment methods made available on the Platform.
Customers agree to provide valid payment information where required.
237Booking.com may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.
237Booking.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any payment method.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or subject to additional verification by the relevant payment provider.
12. Refunds
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will generally be processed according to the applicable booking, cancellation, and payment terms.
The time required for a refund to appear in a customer’s account may depend on the payment method and financial institution involved.
237Booking.com may not be responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile money providers, card networks, or other third-party payment providers.
13. Property Overbooking or Failure to Accommodate
If a Property is unable to provide the accommodation confirmed through 237Booking.com, the Property should immediately notify the Platform and customer.
237Booking.com may, where reasonably possible, assist in locating alternative accommodation.
However, 237Booking.com does not guarantee that an alternative Property will be available or that it will have the same price, location, room type, or facilities.
Where applicable, any compensation or additional costs will be handled according to the relevant booking terms and applicable law.
14. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
You have the right to submit the content.
The content does not violate another person’s rights.
The content is not defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful.
The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
237Booking.com reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
By submitting a review or other content, you grant 237Booking.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and its marketing.
15. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
Create fraudulent bookings.
Provide false information.
Attempt to manipulate prices, reviews, ratings, or availability.
Use another person’s account without authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission.
Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Platform.
Use the Platform to commit fraud or facilitate illegal activity.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Property staff.
Circumvent Platform fees or booking procedures.

16. Property Owner and Hotel Obligations
Properties listed on 237Booking.com agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate room availability.
Keep prices up to date.
Honor confirmed reservations.
Maintain appropriate standards of accommodation.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain all required licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance.
Treat customers fairly and professionally.
Respond to booking-related requests within a reasonable period.
Pay applicable Platform fees or commissions according to their agreement with 237Booking.com.
Properties are responsible for their own operations, employees, taxes, licenses, and legal obligations.
17. Third-Party Services
237Booking.com may integrate with third-party services, including:
Payment processors.
Maps and location services.
Communication providers.
Analytics services.
Hosting providers.
Authentication providers.
Other technology providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
237Booking.com is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
18. Accuracy of Information

Free from viruses or other harmful components.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Intellectual Property
All rights in the 237Booking.com Platform, including its:
Logo.
Brand name.
Website design.
Software.
Graphics.
Text.
Images owned by 237Booking.com.
Database structure.
Features and functionality.
belong to 237Booking.com or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.
Property owners and users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit but grant 237Booking.com the rights necessary to display and operate that content on the Platform.
21. Privacy
Your use of 237Booking.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Privacy Policy.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 237Booking.com will not be responsible for losses arising from:
The acts or omissions of a Property.
Incorrect information supplied by a Property or customer.
Property conditions, facilities, services, or staff.
Property cancellations or failure to honor a reservation.
Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at a Property.
Injuries occurring at a Property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party payment failures.
Internet, telecommunications, or technical failures.
Events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
23. Indemnification
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless 237Booking.com, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Platform.
Fraudulent activity.
Your User Content.
Damage caused by you to a Property.

Strikes.
Major technical failures.
Other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control.

For disputes involving a Property, 237Booking.com may assist in communication between the customer and Property but does not necessarily act as the legal representative of either party.
