The Business Development & Onboarding Officer is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding service providers onto the 237Booking platform. The officer educates businesses about the platform, assists them in creating quality listings, and helps increase the visibility of their services.

• Identify and approach potential service providers.
• Promote the benefits of joining 237Booking.
• Register and onboard new businesses and professionals.
• Assist providers in creating complete and accurate listings.
• Upload business information, photos, pricing, and service details.
• Follow up with providers to ensure listings remain active and up to date.
• Promote premium memberships and additional platform services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
• Submit activity and performance reports.

• GCE Advanced Level, HND, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or field operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet applications, and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field.
• Knowledge of the local business environment is an added advantage.
