Job Description

The National Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the nationwide growth of 237Booking by developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain service providers. The role oversees Regional Coordinators, monitors performance, establishes partnerships, and ensures the platform achieves its expansion goals across Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national business development strategies.
  • Set sales, onboarding, and growth targets for all regions.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Regional Coordinators.
  • Build strategic partnerships with businesses, associations, and organizations.
  • Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop incentive and commission programs.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the Company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketplace growth.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or digital management tools.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.
