Job Description
The City Team Leader manages Business Development & Onboarding Officers within a designated city. The role focuses on coordinating daily field operations, monitoring performance, supporting agents, and ensuring high-quality onboarding of service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Business Development & Onboarding Officers.
- Allocate territories and daily assignments.
- Monitor field activities and daily performance.
- Ensure accurate and complete service provider registrations.
- Conduct field coaching and mentoring.
- Verify listing quality before submission.
- Assist in resolving provider concerns.
- Organize promotional campaigns within the city.
- Prepare weekly activity reports.
- Support the Regional Coordinator in achieving regional objectives.
Job Requirements
- HND, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned city.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
